This session will share; latest thinking and knowledge on the experience economy, research that helps us understand what customers really value, mini case studies and some strategies for identifying, managing and meeting customer expectations.
We will look at the importance of emotions in the customer experience and how the experience you deliver to your customers determines your reputation, competitive advantage, customer spend and loyalty.
There will be some time in this interactive session to focus on the customer issues facing your business and share ideas across local companies.

In this session Alison Jobson of Straight Marketing aims to take the mystery out of marketing and show you how to successfully apply it in your business. She will outline the various marketing options that are available to small businesses, highlight the pros and cons of each and show you how to determine which are the most appropriate activities for your business.
The second half of the session will be an open surgery where you will have the opportunity to ask questions and seek direct advice on the marketing of your own business. To get the most out of this session please submit your questions before the event. (on your RSVP to this invite please)
